Dahl-Sørensen & Partners, Virksomhedsmæglerne A/S and Phoenix Consulting Group A/S have entered into a strategic business relationship and now offer their clients a broader basis of skills and a large international network.
The purpose of the new alliance is to offer the market a package of strategic advisory services to owners and managers of medium-sized Danish and foreign companies.
Dahl-Sørensen & Partners is an independent mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance company specialised in advising on:
sale and purchase of companies, valuation, generational change / succession, preparation for sale
capital injection in the form of equity and loan capital, private placements, project financing cross-border finance transactions and leasing of large assets e.g. ships, properties, power plants and other energy assets, containers and means of transportation.
